Job Description

 

  • Liaise with forwarding agent and Malaysia Customs Officers for export of goods, shipment/vessel booking and custom related matters.
  • To handle custom related report such as local sales & disposal reports.
  • Prepare and arrange a complete set of export documents such as invoice, packing list, bill of landing, dispatch notes, sales contract, certificate of origin, letter of credit and etc
  • Maintain proper records by filing and storage of shipping documents.

 

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ Finance or Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • Experience in related works at least 3 years.
  • Skills & knowledge in Ms Office, (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
  • Familiar in export shipping or logistics process.
  • Good knowledge in SAP system is advantage.
  • Fluent in English
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
