Job Description

 

  • Administrator of IT systems and evaluate infrastructure to improve overall business system availability and performance.
  • Ensure the windows servers and network infrastructure (E.g.: Router, switches, access points, firewalls, VPN, etc.) environment is properly maintained and problems are rectified.
  • Proper deployment of new system policy and security in accordance with Headquarters practices and standards.
  • Managing of IT assets, information security, network access and backup systems.
  • Responsible for overall day-to-day PC support and network troubleshooting to support the Business continuity requirements.
  • Able to lead IT infrastructure and MS office 365 project upgrade and implementation.
  • Engage and manage vendors for project related to infrastructure and MS office/PC system.
  • To design, maintain and counter various kind of security issue such as cyber attack and information leakage.
  • To manage and maintain user authentication, computer and hardware device and assets.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor or equivalent in relevant IT field (focusing on IT Hardware, MS Office, Systems Administration or Networking) and at least 3 year’s of experience
  • Experience in Windows Server Administration, Hyper-V, Active Directory, networking and PC setup
  • Knowledge and experience managing and configuring of Cisco devices and Solarwinds network management.
  • Knowledge of IT system backup solutions, Microsoft SQL administration, Microsoft Powershell and other related scripting languages
  • Proficiency in used of G Suite and Office 365 applications suite is an advantage.

IT SYSTEM ANALYST

Job Description

 

  • Responsible to analyse, design, evaluate and maintain of IT business system (E.g.: System, MES, ERP, SAP B1, etc.)
  • Perform system upgrade, debug existing applications or enhancement of existing applications to address the latest business or operational needs.

Job Description

  • To inspect and maintain overall factory boilers and pressure vessels as well as the equipment related to boiler.
  • To ensure each individual boilerman on duty shall not leave the boiler in operation until the relieving boilerman take over the duty.
  • To carry out overhauling job of factory boilers and pressure vessels for annual inspection.
  • To monitors steam pressure and operates manual release and blow off valves.
  • To performs routine cleaning and maintenance of boiler’s components, tubes, fire box, etc.
