SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
- To assist Business Development Director by effectively organise, direct and manage the function of sales and marketing activities.
- Assist Business Development Director in the negotiation with Business Account and develop new business.
- To be responsible for customer inquiry and follow up on any pending issue.
- To assist Business Development Director in the preparation of sales budget and forecast.
- To compile monthly report to top management.
- To assist Business Development Director in market research and promotion campaign.
- To co-ordinate and develop of new system or program for improvement of sales analysis or presentation.

- Possess at least Bachelor Degree in in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.

IT / MES
MES Assistant Manager
- Overseeing company IT functions and general knowledge of Manufacturing Systems (i.e MRP, MES, ERP)
- Execute code builds to test at production environments and network.
- Fix bugs in existing code
- Provide testing, documentation, training and support for third-party software products.
- Resolve user-submitted problems and questions
- Provide level 1 / level 2 support (internal company) to resolve technical issues, fact findings, problem solving to ensure system is always up and running.
- Knowledge of computer workstation, server and area network.
- Maintain company IT systems (ERP, MES etc)
- Proficient in SQL Programming
- Working knowledge of servers / network architectures.
- Exposure of data automation and experience in ERP manufacturing environment.
- Having manufacturing/ production experience or manufacturing / production systems knowledge is an advantage.
- Able to work with various department and all levels including external vendors.
- Able to work with huge ambiguity
- Willing to learn systems.
Purchasing Assistant Manager
- To be responsible for purchase made by Engineering department such as machine and machinery parts.
- To liaise with Contractors and Vendors pertaining to all new projects.
- To be responsible for the purchased of parts and material for engineering use.
- Possess Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Maintenance field.
- Required experience for 8 to 10 years in related field.
- Experience in supply chain, process engineering or machinery parts.
Process Engineering Assistant Manager
- Provide engineering knowledge or solution to improve process stability, efficiency and minimum down time with track record.
- Able to identify problem at production process, analyze and provide constructive suggestion and solutions to the problem.
- Strong follow-up on project progress, regularly reporting operational process status and situation.
- Initiative in process enhancement and cost reduction. Initiative in exploring or research of new technology and new material.
- Possesses ability to lead regular meetings with interdepartment.
- Possess Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Polymer science, industrial chemical etc)
- Required experience for 5 - 8 years in process engineering of similar industry.
- Good command of English and Malay in spoken and written.

- Analytical mind, systematic project and time management, self discipline and able to work to meet timeline.
- Experience in ISO 90001 and ISO 140001
- To assist Manager / Assistant Manager in daily and weekly job schedule planning.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest new initiatives to achieve cost and energy savings especially work related to Mechanical.
- To ensure Production Line and Utilities downtime is kept to absolute minimums as per Management.
