Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve (IMS Department) in compliance with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements.
- Lead quality planning, quality assurance, and continuous quality improvement activities across manufacturing and operational processes.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Manage internal audits, external audits, certification audits, and customer audits, ensuring effective implementation and timely closure of audit findings.
- Ensure all quality systems, procedures, work instructions, and documentation are maintained in accordance with IATF 16949 requirements.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and training to the Quality Assurance team to strengthen quality culture and competency development.
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Working experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management within the automotive manufacturing or automotive parts industry .
- Possesion of Internal Auditor certification for IATF 16949.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in IATF 16949.

Process Engineering Officer
Job Description
- Responsible for issuing, reviewing, and updating production standards, including:
- Process Standards
- Compound Standards and Mixing Cards
- Product Standards by item
- Packing Standards
- Conduct investigations and evaluations of production capabilities to ensure standards are accurate, practical, and aligned with manufacturing requirements.
- Develop and update manufacturing standards in accordance with New Product Development Technical (NPDT) activities and customer or sales requirements.
- Determine and establish production process parameters and machine settings to ensure stable and efficient production performance.
- Monitor and improve production yield while driving continuous reduction of product defects and process losses.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to support manufacturing objectives and customer expectations.
- Ensure all processes comply with company standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related field.
- Working experience in manufacturing environment; experience in rubber glove industry is an added advantage.
- Prefer hands and proactive person with continuos improvement mindset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional departments.

IMS PRODUCTION OFFICER (INTERNAL TRANSFER)
Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Responsible to execute mixing activities based on Production Plan issued by IMS Operation Department.
- Ensure daily chemical stock level sufficient to meet the Production plan.
- Planning sealant lot number allocation & amount to use for each IMS assembled bottle. The plan can be generate by using software formulated in Operation IMS Daily Report.
- Ensure Production run according to daily plan with sufficient manpower.
- Ensure IMS automation line, mixing facilities & other equipment is well maintained by IMS Assistant Supervisor (Technical). Together to execute preventive maintenance program.
- Analyse and improve customer and warehouse defects.
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with relevant experience in middle management & production supervision.
- Experience in Production / Operational management role in 3-4 years especially in managing schedule, resources, equipment & process.
- Understanding of quality standard and able to implement quality control programs with continuous improvement.
- Perform well in problem solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge in IATF 16949:2016 & ISO 14001:2015 is an advantage.
